VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED: SATURDAY, 8-23-08 - We will do a
small concession (fund raiser) for the little league round
robin. Sell water, power drinks, candy from 9am to 2pm at the
field.

Physicals:
These MUST be completed & turned in to the athletic
director's office before participating in any school sports. The
first two pages need to be completely filled out & signed by both
the student and a parent/guardian. The third page must be filled out
& signed by your doctor. Forms may be mailed to: Liz Nave, 1025 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, OK 73099 or they may be
delivered in person to the athletic directors office at the high
school.
